Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie Bowl

What is the appeal of cottage cheese?

Can someone tell me, please?

I use kefir or full-fat Greek yogurt when recipes call for cottage cheese. Use whatever you’d like.

I modified this recipe.


1/2  cup kefir or yogurt

1/2 cup cream cheese or marscapone

1/2  cup unsweetened milk of your choice

1 scoop Strawberry Whey Shakeology or Strawberry Plant-Based Whey Shakeology

1 scoop Collagen Boost

½ cup sliced strawberries

4 Tbsp. whole-grain graham cracker crumbs

Blend the kefir, almond milk, Shakeology and Collagen Boost until smooth. Add 2tbs Graham cracker cumbs to bowl. Pour in smoothie and top with strawberries and remaining graham cracker crumbs.
