Barre Blend Signature Shake

Barre Blend is Beachbody’s newest workout program that mixes ballet barre, Pilates, and cardio interval training. Learn more about Barre Blend by clicking here.

The original recipe calls for soy milk, which I don’t drink. I typically blend hemp seeds or whatever nuts I have on hand with a cup of water into my smoothies.

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened non dairy milk of your choice.

1 cup ice

½ scoop Café Latte Whey Shakeology

½ scoop Chocolate Whey Shakeology

1 scoop Beachbody Collagen Boost

1 scoop Shakeology Boost Digestive Health

½ cup spinach

½ cup frozen cauliflower rice

1 Tbsp. almond butter

Add all ingredients in the order listed to the blender and blend on high until smooth.
