Have you ever thought about one thing, but for whatever reason, said something else instead, and then followed through with an entirely different action?
This happens quite often in our lives, causing conflict in our heads, hearts, and bodies, and outwardly in our relationships with others.
Yoga means “to yoke”, or, “union” in Sanskrit.
Kundalini Yoga is a practice that aims to raise our consciousness through the chakras, catalyzing our spiritual awareness into harmonious action.
Health and Happiness is your birthright.
Claim it so that you can release yourself of the emotional and physical attachments that are keeping you from living the life you want.
A daily practice of Kundalini Yoga will help you realize:
- The ability to recognize that you are the master of your mind
- The understanding that while you can not control what happens in the world, you can control how you respond to it
- The way you experience life begins and ends with the breath
- Flexibility increases when the mind lets go and the breath becomes long and deep
The benefits of Yoga are:
- Increased lung capacity
- Improved digestion
- Endurance
- Increased Flexibility
- Emotional well-being
- Increased stamina
- Inner peace
I can not predict how or when a specific benefit will manifest in your life, as every person is different and has their own work to do, but I can say that you will notice a shift after your first experience.

Public Sessions
Visit Central Brooklyn Wellness to view my upcoming public class schedule.
Private Sessions
Although we all have our own individual spiritual work to do, Kundalini Yoga is best experienced within a group setting.
Practicing in a group helps us to recognize that we are all One; while we may come into this world alone, we are each connected to each other and to Life.
A group practice fosters compassion and community for one another.
My private sessions are intended for up to five people.
Your investment: three sessions for $225

In addition to Kundalini Yoga instruction, I offer absolute beginners instruction in Pawanmuktasana (a very basic yoga series in flexibility) and focused breathing meditations for people who want to Breathe on Purpose.

Preparing for your first session with me
Are you new to Kundalini Yoga?
I recommend that all newcomers take a public class before signing up for a private experience.
This way, you’ll receive the full experience of Kundalini Yoga the way it was intended – in a group setting – and when we meet, you’ll know what to expect and be better able to articulate your needs.
