A truly healthy life encompasses much more than what you eat and how much you exercise.
Relationships, work, spirituality, joy, and our environment are integral to lasting health and well-being. When we give the same attention to these areas as we do to our nutrition, we learn that nourishment is more than just what's on our plate.

We'll meet on Friday evening to Breathe on Purpose, then come together on Saturday for a community garden or farm tour and workday followed by a Community GRUB (potluck with a purpose) where we'll explore several community food models and map out a six month plan of action. On Sunday, we'll enjoy an on-farm tasting, pick-your-own, or foraging tour (dependent upon seasonal offerings), followed by a closing circle, where we'll share takeaways, insights, and feedback of the weekend's experience.
No experience is necessary, but participants should be interested in building a community food project with the aim of fostering community health, farmer-to eater connections, and intergenerational bonding. We will be engaging in hands-on farm work, such as weeding, digging beds, planting seeds, and/or whatever else is requested of the host garden or farm.
Nourish + Nature
We'll meet on Friday evening to Breathe on Purpose, then come together on Saturday for a predetermined outdoor excursion (hiking, kayaking, archery, or walking tour, etc), followed by a Circle of Life GRUB, where you'll create your own version of sustainable health and happiness. On Sunday, we'll enjoy an on-farm tasting, pick-your-own, or foraging tour (dependent upon seasonal offerings), and end with a closing circle, where we'll share takeaways, insights, and feedback of the weekend's experience.
At the time of booking, we will discuss the group's physical ability and determine the outdoor activity most suitable to the group. All participants should be interested in participating 100% in the scheduled activities to the best of their ability.
On Friday evening we'll meet and discuss the weekend's activities, which includes a Breathwalk, nature photography hike, and dinner on Saturday and a group show and communityGRUB on Sunday. As we'll be using instant film cameras, no experience is necessary.
No photography or Naturalist experience is necessary. Participants will each receive an instant camera and film.
