As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, my role is to support your health and wellness goals. While I don't diagnose, treat, cure, or heal illness or disease, I do help my clients create their own version of health and happiness. Together, we'll create a plan of daily, consistent action, and you'll have the accountability and community to help you keep up and keep going.

In my health coaching practice, I meet my clients where they are with what they want to work on, not with what I think they should do. For example, you may want to add more plant-based meals to your diet while someone else may want to learn to meditate. I've come up with a different approach to health coaching that lets you get started right away.

They offer customized meal plans for every dietary preference and cooking style, and in some states, you can even send your grocery list to a service for shopping and home delivery.
If you love cooking and have amassed a collection of recipes on your Pinterest board, you're gonna love Plan to Eat. You simply copy and past the link to the recipe and Plan to Eat will take care of the rest. From there, you'll be able to organize your recipes and shopping list, and plan them on a calendar that you can share.

I want to increase my physical activity
Movement is more than just a means to lose weight, it also helps regulate our hormones and blood pressure, increases our libido, maintains our mobility, flexibility, and endurance, and so much more.
While I love simple activities I can do outside such as walking, bicycling, and swimming, I also enjoy structured physical activity from time to time. One of the reasons I recommend BeachBody on Demand specifically is that with this option you can explore over 100 workouts and mix and match them to your liking. What I also like is that having the streaming option means you can work out anytime and any place, and workouts are anywhere from five minutes to an hour, perfect for when you need an energy or mood booster, or don't have a lot of time.
I don't know where to start
I completely understand! There's a ton of information out there about what healthy living is and how to get there, a lot of it is confusing, and what's worse, it's changing all the time! This is why I try my best not to attach to any one way of thinking and being about health, but instead choose timeless information that anybody, anywhere, can apply to their lives. For this reason, I recommend the book Integrative Nutrition: Feed Your Hunger for Health and Happiness, written by Institute for Integrative Nutrition founder, Joshua Rosenthal.
