The health coaching relationship is much more than getting you to follow and stick with yet another weight loss plan. If you're an ambitious, creative woman over 35 who's ready to stretch yourself beyond what you're used to doing within mainstream diet culture, I invite you to schedule a health history.

I serve my clients primarily in group sessions for a minimum of six months. While this is a paid session, our time together does not assume a coaching agreement, nor are either of us obligated to enter into a coaching agreement. Should we decide to work together, your investment may be applied to the coaching agreement we agree upon.
I support my clients online and in person through coaching, workshops, and weekend immersions. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I help my clients

I'm a graduate of Institute for Integrative Nutrition, trained as a Kundalini KRI Level I Yoga Instructor, in addition to continuous and ongoing training in facilitation, personal development, coaching, movement and other modalities to help my clients become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves.
