I love a good green smoothie, but there’s more to healthy eating than kale. And just because kale is considered a healthy food, doesn’t mean it’s healthy for you.
Current diet dogma would have you believe that your goodness and worth is predicated on your ability to maintain an ideal (thin) body, that fat (and fatness) is evil, and that healthy living is about how good you are at dieting, detoxing, and otherwise depriving yourself of food.
I call bullshit on all of it.
