How to Create Your Ideal Work Week

One of my goals for my health coaching practice is to have a three to four day workweek. This means getting everything in my business done, from working on my business (administrative, marketing, and money stuff) to working in my business (seeing clients), in that time.

There are weeks when I work more than three or four days, especially if I'm fleshing out a new offer or creating new content, but because I have a structure in place for how I want to work, I can easily go back to it.

Your health coaching practice is unique to your personal and professional desires, so don't compare what you're doing or want to be doing with what others are doing.
