The panel was curated by Nicole A. Taylor, principal of NAT Media, and host of Hot Grease and Adriana Velez, freelance food writer.
The panelists included Daniel Buckley from Food Bank for NYC, Danielle Gould of Food + Tech Connect, Dan Enrico of City Harvest, Jalal Sabur of Malcolm X Grassroots Movement, Paula Crossfield of Civil Eats, and Robin Burger of Hot Bread Kitchen.
